New York style sausage & pepper hero
The food that I serve is in New York style sausage and pepper hero, it is a French baguette stuffed with sausage peppers onions and garlic and a Pinot Grigio red wine sauce topped with pecorino cheese. I also serve a meatball sub with 3 2 oz meatballs, marinara, and then I melt down provolone and mozzarella cheese and pour it over top. I also pastas Caesar salad and Caprese salad.
